RATE VOLATILITY - We have no Obligation to Accept Instructions or Process Transactions you fill on the system during market volatility - While we will always endeavour to comply with your Instructions as quickly as possible, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to do so. Therefore, we always reserve the right to refuse to accept your Instructions or transactions and to do so without giving you any reasons and without incurring any liability to you for any loss or damages incurred by you or any other party.

MORENAIRA REWARDS – For every customer you refer to us under the MoreNaira MSB reward programme, you will get their share in the commission as stated as long as we continue to charge commission. But if we suspend commission on the MSB transactions, there will be nothing to share.

PAYMENT FROM THIRD (3rd) PARTY ACCOUNT - If a payment was made on your behalf by a 3rd party using your reference or your name, we will require you to provide the passport or driving licence of the account holder before your transactions can be processed. This rule also applies to any refund of payment.

PAYMENT TO THIRD (3rd) PARTY ACCOUNT - If a payment was made on your behalf to a 3rd party as instructed, and the receiving bank or our paying bank request further information about the transaction, e.g., evidences of business relationship, invoices, details of the directors etc. you are in agreement with Afrotrade Intl Link Ltd or Afrotrade Limited to hold onto your funds in the receiving currency you paid us until the information required are provided and satisfactory. This rule also applies to any refund of payment to your business or account.

REGISTERED NAME NOT MATCHING PAYEES NAME - If your payment shows account name that is different from the name you registered with, we will require you to provide a passport or driving licence of the account holder before your transactions can be processed. This rule also applies to any refund of payment.

Funds Held by Us without Instructions - In circumstances where you ask us to hold your funds pending your further Instructions, you should provide us with your Instructions as soon as possible; if you do not do so within 3 months, we will return the amount we hold for you without interest.

MISDIRECTED FUNDS - Your Mistake - If your funds are sent to the wrong account as the result of a mistake made by you, and we have acted in accordance with your Instructions, we will be under no obligation either to recover the funds or to resend the funds to the correct Beneficiary Account. You will need to book a new Transaction.

MISDIRECTED FUNDS - Our Mistake - If your funds are sent to the wrong account as the result of a mistake made by us, we will take urgent action at our own expense to recover those funds, provided that you take immediate action to assist us to recover any such funds if the mistaken beneficiary is related to you or associated with you in some way.

No Cash or Cheques - You acknowledge that we do not accept cash or cheques. You agree to make all payments to our nominated account electronically and you acknowledge that we will transmit your funds by electronic means only from your sole account..

Pending Payments - Due to MLR and other regulatory requested, your payments can be delayed if the paying institutes are not satisfied with your source of funds and the purpose of the payments, we will require you to ensure documents provided are true while we work with you to ensure the payment are released on time..

Request for Payment Reversal - Due to our AML policy, any request for reversal must satisfy our MLR procedure which is under Appendix JP12 before the funds can be returned to the firm nominated account, your payments can be delayed if the provided documentation are not satisfactory, we will require you to ensure documents provided are true while we work with you to ensure the reversed payment are released on time..

No Third Party Payment - We cannot accept money from a person or a company who is not our client. If you are a private individual or individuals money must be sent from an account in your sole or joint names. If this is not possible then you must let us know as soon as possible. If money is sent to us from someone other than you (our client), it will be rejected and returned to the originating account. This could take several days and result in a delay in the transaction.
